Bluebeard Gardner

Author, Bluebeard Gardner is allergic to children, Brussels sprouts, cats and all correct spellings and punctuation. He came second in the finals of the make-your-least-favourite-auntie walk the plank competition. He breeds piranha fish for fun. Any resemblance to Captain Ghastly McNasty is entirely intentional.

Illustrator, Captain Jack ‘Sparrow’ Asquith lives in a crow’s nest in North London and has 57 children in his cellar. His hobbies include counting his treasure, combing his moustaches and plotting a return to the seven seas. Any resemblance between Jack and Captain Gruesome McNasty is purely coincidental.

This dastardly duo’s hilarious book will soon be available for the iPhone and iPod touch, and includes a fun interactive quiz to test your McNasty knowledge!

The Ghastly McNastys and the Jam Sandwich Adventure

A brilliantly gruesome story featuring fearsome pirates, fearless children, a cat that thinks it’s a dog and a great white whale called Little Fred. It’s a truly terrifying adventure for brave children everywhere, but if any adult reads it they should be made to walk the plank immediately!

REVIEWERS SAY: “It’s so funny, I’d give my leg for this book.” Long John Silver
