Tapulua, a witch possessing considerable powers, conducts a pagan ritual centered on a half-man, half-wolf tiki. When a group of 19th Century missionaries, led by Josiah, suddenly begin chopping at the mask, Tapulua chants a curse and Josiah falls victim to her powers. In the present, Jason Palmer is plagued by nightmares of a tiki mask and is ordered, by his doctor, to take a vacation. In Hawaii, he encounters the mask hanging in his cottage. Jason begins to suffer heart palpitations and memory lapses at the same time that brutal murders begin to occur in the hotel. The hotel’s security guard, Rick, begins investigating the murders which leads him to Tapulua. She explains that Jason is the cursed descendent of Josiah, and Rick races to save Jason’s next victim.
